You may consider us a very happy customer. Feel free to use us as a customer testimonial for ListWise Realty. To summarize our experience simply, you provided us with the full benefit of a full service realtor while charging an extremely reasonable/minimal commission. Your business model/concept is easily the most efficient way that I can see for a prospective seller to go about selling their home. Today's prospective home buyers are in my opinion rarely served appropriately/adequately by many buyer's agents, and with homes-for-sale info so readily available on the web I really see no reason to spend the extra commission on the extra realtor. Some buyers' agents may actually be "looking out for their buyer's interests" but it seems more often they are merely trying to get their cut of the action, looking out for themselves more than their customer. Our experience with your company worked out as well as could be expected- 100% of asking price, sold in first week, total commission paid worked out to 2.4% (and that includes the minor amount that the buyer's agent received).
